I have a QC piece I have been building with my Powerback. If I 3 cap Agility (which I plan to) and get QC to 10 with my AEQ, Is this a good thing or should I look for another piece of EQ?

Actually, I feel like the best pieces for Power HBs are Power Through, Stiff Arm, and +% break tackle chance.
Quick cut is good, don't get me wrong, but you don't need 10 in it, it's not one of your main important SAs. Around 4-6 will be enough.
Try to find two of those I listed above.

Great thing for QC is that it has no pre-reqs. I wouldn't get equip in it personally unless its like +3 Speed and QC.

Agree really. I'd actually love some First Step for a power back, if it was the first SA in the tree. But if you're running on 100 percent power, how many cuts are you really making? Something else will help you more than QC.

Spin is a decent choice too from what I hear. I haven't found diddly in the way of a 2nd AE piece however.
