Speed higher than agility. don't neglect agility though.
You want him to have good vision too. My OT got away with poor blocking but high strength as well. he doesn't need to block if he gets 48 pancakes a game out of 60 plays.

Yeah good point.
I wish that OTs had something to counterract the first step SA.
Maybe quick hands or something like that.

Agility is the correct answer. Agility should be at least 3rd capped by the time his build rounds out. Speed is really useless after about 50ish. For a LOT, Strength/Blocking/Agility are all of about equal importance.
