I currently have a level 37 WR that I wanted to use fakes/jukes to get open and hopefully make people miss as well. With the below attributes should I run on creative route running or wait until I get agility higher? If higher, what level? Also how much does vision come into play to make jukes/fakes successful? What level should i get it to? Any insight from the great GLB minds would be greatly appreciated.

Speed 101
Agility 67
Vision 50
5 head fake
1 Juke - planning to drop 2 more in next level up
10 quick feet
3 Underdog
AEQ 15 % fake chance, working on another AEQ with fake chance.

I think you might want some more agility to go with creative route running, they say it slows you down some, and it'd be better if your player could make better cuts while he was being "creative," lol.

However, WR's often have to slow down catch the ball when it is underthrown, or when doing moves on creative route running, or when changing direction, or when doing comebacks.

I was looking for the post about how vision is going to be important for fakes now, something about a vision cone being used for fakes, but I can't find it. At any rate, the better your vision, the better you'll fake people.

At the same time creative routes are only really used near the beginning and middle of the actual route. I'm assuming by quick feet you mean quick cut which helps in diminished the speed lost during each successive cut / juke performed. Anyhow Bort posted somewhere that 70 agility is already considered in the high end of the spectrum for receivers so you should be good at where you are now.

it's in the aug 7 changelog
- Juke and head fakes (with the ball) now work via a vision cone system, where players directly in front of the player are more likely to get faked than at the sides
