Supervision for an OLB ?
what do you think?

for a LOLB, yes.

for any LB I say yes. As long as you have the vision for it.

It's definitely most valuable for a LOLB, but I wouldn't say it's bad for any LB. ROLB in a heavy blitzing defense would be the least useful.

I would argue your last part. Yes, Shed Block, First Step, Break Block, or Diving Tackle may seem like obvious AEQ, Supervision is a sleeper. From what we can gather from bort (and with some interpretation), Supervision is like a fail safe. Now this could mean that it helps a Blitzing ROLB check out of a blitz or find a better route to the QB, but wording is well bortish:

It is not a flat bonus to vision. It only applies in specific situations, and gives a bigger bonus than a couple points of vision ever would. It is also sometimes used as an "insurance policy" for when you fail your vision check. With Super Vision, you sometimes get second chance to succeed, with a roll against Super Vision's level.

I meant Super Vision is least useful to a ROLB that blitzes very frequently, when compared to a LOLB that stays in coverage or a MLB that has to decide whether to charge in and make a stop or drop back into coverage. That's all.

This. Super Vision is actually very beneficial for ILB/MLBs, especially in running situations. One of the guys on my team has it at only 4, but every now and then you can see it fire when his LB shoots the gap as soon as the HB gets there. I realized that Super Vision doesn't do much for LBs in pass coverage unless you're in Zone. When you're in Man, you're covering your guy so it doesn't matter really if the ball is going to come your way or not, you should already be all over the guy. Super Vision for pursuit players like LBs and Safeties works very well in pass because they get an extra jump on a ball thrown. Like SS helping CB1 over the top on WR1, but he realizes the ball is going to the TE behind the LoLB running a seam route. So he makes the quick read as the ball is being thrown, and gets to the play in time. Just not a fan of it for actual coverage players like CBs or LBs in man, because like I said before you should already be all over your guy.

My LBer has 8 points of SV...Can't say I can tell the difference...there are some plays that he seems to know what his happening early and shoots the gap, but then I see LBers that don't have his SV do that too...(even on the same play)

LOL, I mean: does he blitz? does he man up on TEs? does he man up on HBs? does he play a lot of zone?

I'm the DC this season...last season he was used as a MLB...I'm using him at ROLBer and in our last game as the MLB in passing situations....I was pretty disappointed at how easily he was faked out by a high lev elusive HB. Here are 2 plays from their first 2 possessions of the game:

I'll add that my LBer has 75+ AGI...I'm concluding that SV, vision, and agility together don't do anything for avoiding fakes. I'm starting to contemplate getting rid of his SV aEQ...
