This ... if you build a good TE it will be just as valuable as a good blocking TE. It is almost impossible to make a balanced TE now, you can try, but be prepared to fail. A lot of teams are looking for good blocking TE's but can't find them because they are boring to buld, and people would rather spend 100 flex and build an OL, but like I said a good recieving TE is just as valuable as a good blocking TE.
But to answer your original question, my TE averages
56.7 yards a game (first 3 seasons kind of knock that down)
12.2 avg yard a catch
