OC / DC / GM / CFO
I am looking for an OC or DC position but only have time for one or the other on a team of my choosing. I will also be willing to move a few high level players to this team season 12 if the fit is right. Main objective is to get player buy-in on whatever system we decide to run… do not want to be too pushy on someone’s build so I will analyze what you got. Would also concentrate on signing players and extending contracts.

Currently own a team of 47 players … Traditional Slow-build.

Offense Philosophy-
West Coast offense – More Bill Walsh than Air Coryell. (shorter / high percentage passing supported by a steady run).
Runs on down 1 and 2 usually inside the Tackles … Down 3 outside and short HB passing.
Will pass downs 1 and 2. Moderate yet effective Offense.
Defense Philosophy-
4-3 / 3-4 Hybrid
Simple formation based. I like to utilize STRONG inside linebackers and fast OLB’s who also cover the short pass and outside runs.
