I have a slow building Power Back here...he already has 30 strength at LVL 1 and still has the original 15 SPs remaining. I have Custom Equipment as well.

Looking for a slow build team...but any team where I get XP will do. Thanks.

Now...comes with 1 free extra strength!!!

Strength is up to 31 now.
