Trying to turn my game-managing QB into a Rusher to help benefit the team as an alternative QB. What should I be doing next?

I would say you need agility to go with the speed to be a rushing QB...I haven't built one before, but I would prolly say to get them to the 3:1 at least to be effective I'm assuming
