Warrior General Games

I have a DT who just rolled twp pieces one a +1 strength strong base, the other a +2 jumping and Defense General SA. Are either of these any good and and can a DT even use Defense General as is says its for a LB??

You can't use Defense General if your playing DT. only Middle or inside linebackers can use that. And them alone.
