Lvl 54 DT, I wanna be a pass rusher. I currently have 3 pieces of EQ in STR and 1 Piece of AEQ in Agiltiy (+10 Agi, +4 Shed Block). I have 17 SP available.

I would get my shed block up higher since you only have 4 natural in it...
1 in glare = 2sp 15 left over
2 in SB = 6sp 9 left over
2 more in speed = 8sp

and switch at least 1 piece of equipment to get more agility.....
