0's in the power tree, this is with eq, all in speed. I'm going to boost to 32 when I hit 31 naturally so i'll have 10 points to play with. Should I work on carrying to 60? Put points into the elusive tree? Any suggestions would be appreciated also. Thanks for any help guys.

For equipment, do you not have any AEQ? I'm a huge fan of that personally, because you dont need to put so many points in sa tree that way
Nice build, I'd probably start putting eq into agility myself personally if you going for elusive rather than just flat out fast burner type.

I would work on taking agility to 73 and getting some more quick cut.
