or

+2 tackling and +1 Big Hit SA?

I like the +2 Tackling, but honestly I'd keep rolling. Maybe for a monster hit piece.

coverage LB? Run stuffer?

If it was Monster Hit instead of Big Hit, I'd jump on that. I like the +2 agility +1 closing speed better - maybe buy that piece, and then roll again. If you can't find anything better, you'll still have a decent piece to work on this season.

I'd consider the closing speed for ROLB and the big hit for MLB and LOLB.
