Would I be better off bringing my SS from 85 speed to 90 or should I invest in something like Vision or some SA's?

Speed. You already have plenty of SA's.

I'd keep putting EQ into speed, but as far as SP go, depending on what it is naturally, I wouldn't be opposed to seeing you invest them in Monster Hit and/or Closing Speed.
