This is the major issue. The gutjob game could mean a playoff spot for a team. If CCCC wins it all, and squeeks into the playoffs, then I expect a riot.

Nope, we get fucked with crap xp on offense. Last time we played a team that gutted I put my punter as the backup returner to get the offense some snaps and my punter with 10 speed ended up with 7 TDs.

Put the punter in and have him play on relaxed, take off some eq. if you have to.
