I am wondering if and AE with +1 to Juke is worth getting or not. I have read somewhere on the forum that Juke got nerfed or is getting nerfed. I am a speedster by the way.

What is your agility at? Juke is a great piece to have because of the SP savings boosting it gives you. But whether or not it is a good fit for you depends on your agility level as well as your carry.

if you intend to get agility in the 70s naturally, then you could go for the Juke piece. If not then look for a piece with speed.
