Updated with a new Pee Wee and Casual league representative. If you as an agent have problems with a team that you can't seem to resolve please contact your league rep. first. If your rep can't get to helping you let JD or myself know and we'll be glad to help you out or even another rep if we aren't available.
Remember to try and stay calm and make no demands when dealing with an owner, do not remove your equipment, do not threaten to change your players settings, this will only make matters worse. If it's a reduction in playing time you're upset about give it a game or two to see if things change, sometimes the DC or OC or even a GM makes a change that effects playing time and they need a game to correct it, it's happened to many of us in the past. The OC, DC pr GM may also need a different player to go up against your opponent and you may see reduced time.
If things don't improve try sending a pm asking that your guy can at least get enough time to get max xp. Remember to be cool about it because chances are the owner doesn't know you're not getting max xp, it's tough keeping track of 46+ players time. As a multi team owner if my guys need more time I do all I can to fix whats broken but without them telling me I might not know."
