this is my first player I got signed to a pee wee team
they have since signed more TE's both of which are now above me in the rotation
what can I do to make my player more useful?

I have sent a PM to the GM of my team and he has not told me what he is looking for in a TE so better is a general term.

We cant see your build so it is hard to help you out to uch..But what i did see on you equipment page you have no equipment on righ tnow that will help you a little as it is a east extra 4 skill points tos start then another 4 every 8 levels..as far as build if you are making a reciving tightend i start by getting your speed/agility and catching up.If he is a blocking then forget the cathcing and speed for now and focus on your blocking/strength and train your speed/agility..and for a balanced Tightend try to integrate both those together somehow..It is all about experimenting in this game some builds work great others dont work very well at all you just have to mix it up a bit..

Your main attributes for a TE are str/blk/vis/cat so decide if you want to be a recieving TE (cat/vis) or a blocking TE (Str/Blk) and bring those attributes up to the soft cap.

Looks like your new so just some quick advice. Listen to your pee wee GM, but build what you want he only going to be your GM for 1 season. Recieving TE's get the glory but there are a ton of them. Blocking TE's are easier to sign to a team, but they get no stats. Only build a balanced TE if you have an oc that knows how to use him.
