We are a cap 16 team with a pocket passer already, we are looking for a scrambler type QB with good speed and decent throwing. This QB will get starts when the scouting shows the opposition is weak against the run and in certain packages based on field position,yardage,etc. If this is you and you are interested PM me your open build for immediate consideration.
