Your team will have more than enough money, and there's not much for the players to DO with it aside from buy equipment, which is cheap, so typically:
$500 or so per day salary, and max signing bonus (around $13,000), send as a 1 season contract, select "ends on day 40"
and you should be good.

I usually just put 9000 as the daily salary and 90000 as the bonus, you'll get an error and it will auto adjust your offer to max daily and signing bonus.

lol, you want your peewee's to be rolling in the dough when you retire them eh robb? What do they buy with it?
if you're actually intending to KEEP some of the players and they want money for next season in cap 13, all you gotta do is renegotiate the contract repeatedly at the end of the season with max signing bonus and you can send em off to the minors with as much money as you like.

Yeah. I had 2M in the bank last season before giving out max bonuses to everyone who asked for one. I typically give out a 700-760 daily pay contract, and my bonus is always 12000. My PMs is what attracts agents
not the money.

what do you as a team owner do with the extra money? nothing so it is a wash really.

Save it so you can give it all to the players (if any) who are actually going to keep their character for the minors. The only character I kept from DoRD in season 9 went to minors with $650,000 in his pocket, lol.
But I have to admit, I was coming from the direction of having players who are pre-made for the team and then retired each season, so it really matters very little as long as they can buy equipment.
I hadn't even considered the concept of "attracting" agents in peewee via favorable contract terms, but its probably exactly what this guy was asking for, so, your answer is better than mine Robb; give them max everything.

There are tons of ways to do this. Personally I hate the errors you get with maxed contracts. I do like 400 per day and 5000 bonus to start. In a week give 800 and 10000. Then by day 15 you can 1000 and 20000.

Thanks for the input.
If you don't fill an entire roster, do computer players take over the other spots?

But don't you lose agents your recruiting? Some guys had told me they chose another offer just because it was more money.

I use this script to help with Min / Max contracts --
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/48986
Use this script for EQ
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/54601
Then if any agent is keeping their player to move on - re-do contract 1 or 2 times during season, thus they move on with loads of money and EQ .
