What would you chose??

Depends on the player.

I would personally never invest in one handed catch.
It seems cool and all, but it's rare to occur and the benefit probably isn't that amazing. jmo

Agreed, but if that is his only choice and he's not built for fakes...

I would take whichever one complimented my build. If you don't have the high catching, jumping, and other things that extend your range to make those 1 handed catches, it won't do you much good just as a juke piece on a low agility guy won't do him much good.
