Too much speed.

it looks like his speed is only at 68 so its not too much for a SS, just the right amount, but i think he wasted them by putting them in stamina early, but not sure. also he went to SA's a bit too early imo
needs 60+ agility 60+ vision though, and cap str
then you could work on 2 capping tackling, and 1 capping the rest of your minors. [jump, confidence, and train catching]
