Most people just go with the ranking committee but I forgot who runs that and if they got promoted or not.

AFAIK we will be doing the rankings committee again .. but probably every 4 games or so. Really need a rep from every team though. Should be a post about it all in the preseason I suspect.

Come ran this last year I believe. I have an old empty private forum around from season 5 when I started my team, and would be interested in turning it into a EEPro rankings forum, where every 4 games (including a pre-season poll!) we rank the teams, come up with the topic, and a rep posts it in this forum.

Okay, I'll use my forum for something else then =)
jbleich did it for alpha .. comeasure for zeta. it was a fair bit of work to combine all the votes and present them, so if anyone has an excel sheet or something to help out that would be best.
i think in a perfect situation we do it every week at least through the first half of the season. historically, there is little change in the top half after that - we all know who 1-4 are at that point. go to every 4 weeks from that point on perhaps. it gives owners a good idea on how others look at them. Between this and nthomas prediction thread it's pretty good discussion game to game.
