I am a very good scout. I have been scouting since season 3. I will review the opponents film. watch it several times studying there weakness and strengths. I can scout for the Defense or Offense. Not both. I prefer scouting for the defense. studying the opponents offense.
Recruiter
I have recruited for many teams before. very experienced put together my 14-2 roster along with 1 GM. My first GM job was a Recruit.
Special Teams Coach
I have coached for 3 different teams. Lead one team with most KR TD's and PR TD's in one season.
Stadium/Fianances
I have owned 3 different teams. vet since season 2. i know whens a good time to take loans. where to build on and what part. concession prices etc.
