Pepper Sands (Level 9 Cornerback). Pepper would fit in perfectly on a Cap13 as the nickelback or even fourth on the depth chart. After starting the season in the D-Leagues, Pepper moved to a Cap13 Minors team, where he accumulated 14 tackles in 6 games. He's working on capping his speed now, followed by agility. Take a chance you won't regret it, this guy's one of my favorite players !!!!
