Everyone seems to think because the current players on LOL are leaving the team is gutting.

This is not true. LOL is going to restock it's roster with players from its farm system and the team consensus is we want to play in the WL.

This move was planned 4 seasons ago. The other agents were already looking to retire or move their players before the WL announcement.

WPL teams will enjoy a game off here and there.

Working as intended.

The Superbowl rarely has the best two teams in the NFL every year either. Doesnt detract from it. Move on.

LOL will go 0-16 and be bounced summarily back out of the WPL. Might as well save the rest of GLB a wasted season and promote a team that actually might be somewhat ready to compete.

Maybe Bort should have frozen all of the rosters of the teams going to WPL and made them compete with the players they had in season 10.
