Draft Rules:
1) Players agree to sign with the team that drafts you if not you will be Banned from future ILOF Drafts.Teams agree not to bench players and will find Playing Time for drafted players.If found not doing so Team in violation will be Banned from future ILOF Drafts and Events.
2) Coaches do not draft players that have been drafted by another team doing so will forfeit your next 2 picks very costly error.
3) GMs with the Best record pick Last Pick,Worst record gets 1st Pick in the Draft.
4) Players Level 1's must be made on Day 31 no earlier to enter the draft.All others just have to be available to be drafted.
5) Player Salaries:
Player Salaries will be based on your pick selection Highest gets Most or High Salary,Lowest gets Least or the Minimum Salary.We will also include Bonus's and EQ Bonus's.
6) Pee Wee Draft will be held Day 35 Saturday September 19th at 7:00PM EST,4:00PM PST or 17:00PM GLB Time.All Other Levels the Draft will be held Day 42-45 and will start Day 42 Saturday September 26th at 7:00PM EST,4:00PM PST or 17:00PM GLB Time.
7) Players must open or post there Builds in our Private Forum by Day 30 so teams can start scouting potential picks.
8)1st Round Picks: (Players Level +6) x $100.
Ex. Player is level 10. 10+6=16. 16x100= $1600 Salary
9)2nd Round Picks: (Players Level +5) x $100.
Ex. Player is level 10. 10+5=15. 15x100= $1500 Salary.
10) All other Draft Picks: (Players Level +4) x $100.
Ex. Player is level 10. 10+4=14. 14x100= $1400 Salary.
Pee Wee Players Only: Max Offers
This takes into account the future addition of items purchasable by players. This gives every player the opportunity to save up some money. And also in case they are released into FA, they can still train for a little bit and don’t have to make a hasty decision to join a team, just to train.
11) Contracts Lenght will be determined by Team and Player through nagotiations.Pee Wee Players Automatically get 1 Year Deals.All Contracts must be Day 40 Ending Contracts.
12) Refrain asking for absurd contracts since there are guidelines in place.
13) Never join a team just to receive a signing bonus and request a trade.
14) Players must have Season 11 Ending Contracts to enter the Draft or be able to be Released by the end of Season 10.Some exceptions will be made when its players with Day 1 ending contracts.
15) Teams Drafting:Make sure if capped Draft within your Teams Season 11 Team Cap.Uncapped teams cannot draft players no lower then Level 28.
16) Draft Order: Will be determined by rule #3 and posted a few days before the Draft.
17) No seeking out players before the Draft since they maybe drafted by another team and will have to sign with that team that drafts them.
18) Draft Contract Bonus's:
Pee Wee Teams: Max Bonus
Level 13-16 Cap Teams: $15,000-$25,000 in Bonus per player contract for Round Picks. $10,000 for Supplemental Picks.
Level 21-38 Cap Teams: $25,000-$50,000 in Bonus per player contract for Round Picks. $20,000 for Supplemental Picks.
UnCapped Teams: $50,000-$100,000+ in Bonus per player contract for Round Picks. $50,000 for Supplemental Picks.
19) ***ILOF reserves the right to replace a team that is not participating in our forums or keeping in touch***

Only way we could be able to accomplish this is to trade a Player plus the 1st Round Pick for the $200,000 and within the Trade Bar rules.
