Nice lv. 40 builds Puma. I don't think I would have brought Speed up to the 4th cap for your FS, although I can respect the decision to do so.

I don't recall ever taking speed up to fourth cap. I believe that's all level up points there. Perhaps I spent 4 once he reached 72, but I'm pretty sure most of it was from leveling; he went straight to 68 speed around level 12 I think.
