I'm not sure what's going on there with some of these guys not wearing any equipment, but if you will get some and you're looking for a slow build team you can bring all of those guys to and get max playing time with a chance at winning it all, we're your team.

Ottawa Assault - Recently promoted to 28cap league. Our offensive scheme depends almost entirely on specific blockign assignments on the OLINE to be effective (that could be said for any team), but as our OC I am incredibly precise as to our OLines blocking assignments. As a baseline setting for all OLinemen, I prefer their energy usage be set to hard to keep them playing at their maximum, with the backup spelling them when energy drops (my standard out/in setting is 40/50) and forcing starters in the 4th . I generally keep three of G and OT and 2 Cs. For the Gs and OTs, 2 of the builds are specialized left and right (obviously) and the third is a flexible unspecialized build. This is still possible in a 28cap without scarificing effectivenes. The LG/LOT and RG/ROT play the majority of the time, with the backup getting them rested usually late in the 2nd half and throughout the 3rd. This ensures one starter is on the field at all times.
As for the C, the starter starts and the backup backs-up... that's all there is to it.

We have the ROT and RG spots filled this season. The RG is epsecially competent this season and most inside runs will be to the strong side, with outside runs split between strong and weak. I still need to fill the LOT/LG positions with good pass blockers. We will probably be up against some higher level DLines and it will be critical that we have builds that can hold the pocket for our speedsters to get down field.

I wish I could offer to take all 5, but as I said we have the right side filled, and I already have the backups for C, G and OT. So what we need is a starting C, LG and LOT

I would like to offer contracts to 3 of the players, your C, your OT "bubble puppy" and eithr of your Guards (their builds are almost identical as far as I can tell).

They are guaranteed starting spots and full PT. EQP money to make up your upgrades is guaranteed, as well as any money you might need if you find a new position-advantageous piece of AEQ. We are in strong financial shape.

As for our ability to contend, we are promoting from a 16cap league so we will be at a level disadvantage against sandbaggers and teams promoting from 21 and 24. That being said, we have some incredible GM staff. I am flying solo on the OC/Offensive recruitment staff, but I have a specific gameplan in mind for next season that is coming together nicely with the 15 or so new players I've got committed. Your players would essentially complete my offensive recruitment, theonly position I would be missing is a pass blocking FB.
Our DC is insanely good.
