Is he worth keeping? Any suggestions to build?

Got to love Buddy Jesus....
seriously though - at his level, you would want him higher in at least one of the big three stats (Speed, agility, str). That he is only 80 does not bode well...
I would hop it would be over 90 (and agility over speed most would say).
If your equipment is split across the big three and you consolidate it to say speed or agility, how high can it get?
Plus - Your VA's are way too spread out.
