id appreciate it if someone would rate him , hes actually lvl 53 i have 15 points waiting on the extra 3 levels so some advice would be appreciated

Well, you're clearly a hard-hitter but even for a level 55 I thought your strength and tackling would be more. He does need more speed and I'd put more points in superior vision if you're gonna gp this route.

Baskerville, if you have a personal problem with that kind of build then don't rate it at all because some people likes it. With a certain type of defensive scheme, this build could be very useful.

Fuck it, jump on the wagon

His speed should be mid 90's+ and agility should be mid high 60's. The build is pretty unbalanced when you have vision with the highest stats.
