My QB has suffered long enough. I have had him on several teams where he was the "next" QB in line in a system only to get replaced by a rent-a-QB with lower stats but a higher level. I patiently kept him in a farm system for the past two seasons only to have the host team fold. I have invested a LOT of time and money in BTK, AND I WANT TO WIN NOW.
ABOUT THE AGENT: I am a long-time GLB veteran. I have spent the last several seasons as a recruiter and co-GM for a Pro League team's farm system, but that system just folded. I will be active in game-planning and recruiting free agents, but I would strongly prefer 1.) a team of veterans, 2.) a team with slow-built players, and 3.) a team that has been around a few seasons as a unit and has a track record to match.
