This is my lvl 6 TE who s mainly a pass catcher but I want to see if his build is on the right track so what do you think?

His build is a bit behind. I'd expect to see catching capped by now. At this point, I'd train agi/vis while capping catching as vision should be your second cap. Then move on to str/car to cap str before working on spd/agi for a long time.
