really? Since I can see his build (it is open), I dont think that it is horrendous advise at all. Most people would agree (except for the strength pimps on here) that 30 strength is about max for most good receivers. (you dont need to see the build to know that) I can see that you agree since your 46 has 28 strength! pretty close to what I suggested. He also wants to use SP on strength which i highly discourage!!!
Point is why would anyone suggest a 48 WR waste SP in strength if he hasn't already been building in that direction early in the career. If you would then you are the one pimping horrendous advice not me. Only WR that would want to use SP in strength would be built around strength from early career and would not need to be asking either.

my guy does well with capped strength
I'm going to 2nd cap it by the end of next season
it helps that he has quite high agility

I think if your WR doesn't have 30+ strength he isn't str8. That said, my WR wears short shorts.
