I wasn't doing it on purpose but that would be mistaken because everyone seems to be stupid for building a player with 130+speed while you lack vision, agility, strength, tackling, confidence, stamina, and even catching.
Now, you wanna talk about fucking up builds and being "critical" like you say, then speed isn't what he should do next. He could cap his confidence first. and then work more on his special abilities, like superior vision.

You boosted on stamina(btw.. its too much). For a SS, your tackling is weak. Of course, you have shit for hands so theres not gonna be any picked balls falling into your hands. Your superior vision needs to be raised. My SS has as much as you do, lmao. You try to make up your lack of vision with "football genius" (which is a very shitty VA). You attempt to make up your lack of tackling by using the "sure tackler" VA. You also invested in "motivational speaker" which I think is funny as hell. Who in the fuck is motivated by playing with you after they look at that shit you call a strong safety?
This is what happened. Jimmy was probably your first SS(he better be) and instead of doing a team and yourself a favor by retiring him and starting over, you drag this bag of shit with season after season try to get all of his attributes up to par because you went on a fucking speed spending frenzy. Damn I'm good. And what REALLY makes this dude shit is the fact that you tried to patch up bad places in his build WITH VAs. Thats funny.
