Hoping you guys could give me some pointers! Any advice is welcome!

First thing you need to do is definitely consolidate his equipment into speed and agility only. Lay off assigning points to SAs for a while and stick to the coverage tree (as I assuming that's the kind of guy you're building). Use your SPs for vision (and speed if it is close to the next cap). Don't assign any SPs to strength and tackling for the time being. When you can get back to it, tackling is the more important of the two.
Train up his jumping in combination with vision (until your SPs can bring it up to the cap) and then with stamina or tackling or even catching. Alternating training of jumping and confidence (whichever is lower at the time) can work as you'll still have training combos you can use.
If you want some more SAs the best way to get them for now is with advanced equipment.

thanks for the advice... I have only put 1 in each sa the others came from advanced equip and I didnt plan on any more for awhile.. basically what you have told me is how im going about building him... so I guess im on the right track.. thanks! Any more opinions would be appreciated

All good points. Seems to put up some good numbers. I'd keep him.
