Trying to build a blocking FB who can get some short yardage when called upon.
Put SP's into STR/BLK until cap first? Past 1st cap? Any constructive advice/criticism is welcome and appreciated.

Strenght & blocking to the 4-1 cap...let the carrying attributes come after the blocking. Too many FB's are stuffed with player going for the glory yards early in the careers

Yep, and eventually you will need to get some decent speed/agility.

Put me down for agility before blocking. And I think 4:1 blocking is overkill. Second cap is plenty, IMO

Steps to a great leadblocking FB:

1) strength to 2nd cap (60) while intense training speed/agility
2) agility to 2nd cap (60) while intense training speed/stamina
3) blocking to 1st cap (48) because well...it's a blocking FB after all!! (train speed/stamina)
4) Speed to 1st cap while intense training catching/carrying.

Reasoning behind this strategerie (hello President Bush!) is that you want the FB to have enough strenght to knock back or even pancake the defender while having enough acceleration to the line to open the hole for the HB.
