I just rolled a Blitz AE for my DE and was wondering if it would work for a DE as well. Anyone come across this before?

Blitz works for a DE

yes it works for any player who rushes the passer.

does it fire every passing play then?

I believe its in the wording of the SA's TV has the statement that the Qb has to be in sight for it to trigger while blitz works for all pass rushers and does not need to trigger . Given that TV is not permanent then the boost is bigger when it does trigger I cant recall which thread it was mentioned in but its been referenced enough times that its considered confirmed at least to me .

it was quite some time ago, but i am pretty sure bort explicitly said so (dont think the thread hab anything to do with it originally).

giving up on common sense in glb = common sense

you can also tell by watching, if you know what to look for, it's not that hard to detect when TV fires.
