The Quebec Street Puppies (currently in 21 cap minors) will be promoted to the lvl 28 cap league on day 42, we are a team that went 13-3 a season ago and 11-5 this season. We have some very good receiving weapons along with a great back and solid O-line, last year we threw for over 4,000 yards and that was with a low level QB, we are ONLY looking for a lvl 28 QB with 3 unused boosts this season who has DARK GREEN PASSING.

So basically we need a QB that meets these requirements

-lvl 28
-3 boosts remaining
-CE and boosts
-Dark Green passing bar
