i know he is VERY low lv.but how is he?i want to retire him for a def.person or WE,but i think he's real good for his lv.

hes really not that good unfortunately he has nothing capped and most players have two stats capped by now. You already have SA's which was a bad move. He wouldnt be that hard to fix. sadly hes nothing incredible.
