I have his running set to 50% power.
Has anyone gone 100% and had good results?

Would you change his running style? (and why?)

You have the vision to run -50, but you don't have the speed or agility to really see much benefit from it. Keep it on -100 until you've got speed/agility over 60, then test -50 and see how he looks.

You may want to get rid of the juke equipment. It takes pretty high agility & vision to take advantage of it at a high level. (by pretty high, I'd say 68-ish agility & at least 2nd cap on vision.
