+1 stam/ +1 break through

I will be keeping one of these for a while until I get to a higher level to shop again, which should I be using.

Slowbuild of high strength(96), agility at 3rd cap, training speed/stamina ATM (speed is low)

Blitz isn't bad for the d-line...Though I would keep looking for other things that pertain to a run stuffing DT..Like Wall.

So go with the break through and be ready to ditch the blitz? If I am reading this correctly.

Yea....Break through is great...And use blitz for now..But if you can find something that pertains to a run stuffer more, like wall..Yea..Ditch blitz for it.
