I had a low level one, only around 20 when I retired him. Not much speed, focused on being a possession with higher strength.
Results:
He broke a large number of tackles
Pancaked his fair share of CB - IF he could reach them.
A high strength wr with speed (some blocking) would be pretty effective on sweeps and wr screens, but something I noticed is that if he was too much stronger than the CB, they guy would instantly be panckaed, and then be back up off his back by the time the HB got to him.
Ineffective blocking that way...
So - if you want him to be a blocker - I would focus more on blocking than strength.
If you want him to break tackles - then yes, strength is the way to go...
