1 team moves up per conference.

Yeah, I guess since 2 drop down from A#8, then The BBB#15 and BBB#16 champs will move up

4 drop down from A8 - 2 to BBB15 and 2 to BBB16. The winners of each conference (ie. the 2 teams that play in the league championship game) move up to A8. 2 teams from BBB16 and 2 teams from BBB15.

my guess - Atlanta and Dallas are the favorites right now (not counting the Fire out yet though! )

I wouldn't count out any of the four remaining in the two conferences as being likely to move up.

Heck this conference will probably be even tougher next year as teams will have had a little more time to get their rosters together.
