my names olephillyboy. i been around since season 3. i have owned 2 teams. coowned once. last 3 seasons i have not owned or gmd a team with a negative record. this season i think im only gming or owning a team 1 team who is losing in first round. this being said i know what it takes to win. i put in hours a day to make sure my team has its full potiential. i know alot of agents for owning. i know alot of good coordinators to help out. im a good scout as a cowoner to help out my coordinators. im very active in forums also. ive put tons of hours into this game, and im not looking to stop yet. i currently oc for 3 casual and dc for 1. besides that owning my team and recruiting, and free for alot of time to help out teams. im not looking for any 0-16 teams who expect me to me god and make them amazing. i am looking for a long term team who has a bright future. i have alot to offer, and can provide my services to what the team needs. please pm me with a lil information about ur team and a little back ground about urself. thanks.
