I've got 3 capped speed 2 capped agi and 1 capped catching. I have 10 skill points and my vision is at 38 atm. Btw I don't boost.

Definately cap vision.

Not before you 3rd cap speed and agility though. I would 3rd cap agility with those points.

I capped vision somewhere around mid-level 20's and it's worked out fine for me.
