Here is my LB's current AEQ (he plays ROLB):

Superior Blue Cleats
+6 speed, +4 Superior Vision SA (48 tokens)

Superior Purple Visor
+4 speed, +3 First Step SA
, Break block chance +10% (32 tokens)

The question is, should I dump one of those to put the tokens into this piece?:

Superior Orange Shirt
+3 jumping, +1 Monster Hit SA

Obviously, I could keep all three pieces since they're for different body parts, but it would take awhile to build up the Monster Hit piece (I only have 5 extra tokens right now). My LB is in his 9th season so he only has a couple of good seasons left before retirement, hence the idea of putting tokens into the Monster Hit piece now, but is it a better piece than either of the others? tia

How often does your player have to break blocks in a game?

He's going around or through blockers everytime he rushes the QB.

Look at your last 2 close games against quality opponents and evaluate the effectiveness of the break blocks/FS piece, versus how many tackles he makes a game.

That was a good idea. He only has 8 sacks and 13 hurries in 16 games, so he's not getting in the QBs face a whole lot. I'm thinking he'll help the team more by forcing more fumbles.

It's certainly possible, I believe 100% that high monster hit does increase (meaningfully) the chance to cause a fumble.

It can also help reduce the RB's morale. A lot.
