Has to be an active agent who will buy in to what I do on offense. I throw the ball about 40-45 times a game and we put up very lofty numbers... You have to be able to read the def and hit the open wr without using any favorite target settings. My QB's are usually over 60% in complettions and have about 7 to 1 TD/INT ratio.... If youwant to win and have great stats then this is where you should play...We will have a revamped O-Line and the defense will be lights out...
