Just get your corners to find some break block 5% to go with like supervision. It works wonders breaking those receiver blocks.

Unfortunately, this is for a lvl 13 cap team. The opponents WR's have +70 strength..... I'm assuming a pee-wee team built from the ground up to support the rushing qb.
Because it's a casual team, there aren't a whole lot of defensive options readily available to counter the onslaught of CB pancakes. Just trying to think outside the box, but I'll take your word for it on this one....

Create defensive plays for 1st and 2nd down where you line up the LBs or Safeties to cover the WRs....You could put the CBs in zone coverage for over the top help....

YA and play 3-3-5.
Blitz like a a corner and a safety off the edges on both sides.

Put your linebackers hands up in the air,
and corner/safety blitz like you didn't care

I left out an important word in my last post.... "CASUAL". But the suggestions are good for a minor team I'm GM'ing, so we're all good. Thanks for the advice.
Then you are casually effed in the A

Why not just assign the LBer to cover the WR and assign the CB the LBer's responsibilities?

this
I tried an LB as SS for my pee-wee defense, a much more natural transition, and you can tell he's getting an oop in the replay. He does better as an LB in pass coverage than he does as a SS in run support.
