numbers doesn't seem right for lvl 39, so I would agree with couple of guys to retire him.

His attributes are fine considering the SA investment.
I wouldn't have built like that, but there's no reason to retire.
You may want to find a team that can use you a little better though if that's an option.
Investing in Quick and Track star wasn't a very good choice in my opinion.
