Quick Release blows chunks. Natural Leader requires 10+ investment in Field General but it is only worth it if you're the starting QB.

if you have a decent field general amount 7 + I like natural leader myself .

TBH you want both, do quick release first then NL since you won't have the FG SA up high enough for quite a while anyways.
